Tokri

Terms of Use

Version 1 · in effect from 12 October 2026

These terms apply when you use Tokri. You accept them when you sign in with your wallet: the message you sign says so.

Who may use Tokri

You must be old enough to make a binding agreement where you live, and allowed by its law to use Tokri.

Tokri isn't available in restricted regions, and tokenized stocks aren't available to U.S. persons or to residents of restricted countries. Don't use a VPN or anything else to get around these limits.

While Tokri is in its invite-only beta, trading needs an access code.

What Tokri is

Tokri is software. It doesn't hold your funds or keys: every transaction is built for your wallet, and you approve it there. Transactions on Solana are final.

Baskets are rules-based lists of tokens, not advice or recommendations. A custom basket is your own choice; Tokri doesn't review it.

Your responsibilities

  • Keep your wallet and seed phrase secure.
  • Check each transaction before you approve it.
  • Follow the law where you live, and handle your own taxes.

Third-party services

Jupiter routes the swaps. Token issuers, including xStocks and Ondo, set their own terms, and so does your wallet's provider. Tokri doesn't control them.

Fees

Tokri takes a 0.5% fee on each swap, shown before you confirm. Solana network fees apply, and new token accounts need a deposit you get back when the account is closed.

Risks

Read the Risk Disclosures before you buy. You can lose everything you put in.

Your data

The Privacy Policy says what Tokri keeps about you and how to delete it.

What you must not do

  • Use Tokri to get around sanctions, or with money from crime.
  • Attack, overload or misuse Tokri or its API.
  • Get around its regional limits or its access codes.

No promises

Tokri is provided as it is. We don't promise that it will always be available or free of errors, or that any price will move in your favour.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, Tokri isn't liable for losses from market moves, from third-party services, from your wallet, or from transactions you approved.

Indemnity

If you break these terms or the law, you cover the losses that causes the operator of Tokri.

Blocking and ending access

We may block a wallet or a region: for example after sanctions screening, or at Jupiter's request. You can stop using Tokri at any time; your tokens stay in your wallet.

Changes to these terms

Each version of these terms is numbered and dated. When a change matters, Tokri asks you to accept it when you next sign in.

Governing law

The operator of Tokri, the law that governs these terms and where disputes are heard will be stated here before Tokri opens beyond its invite-only beta. Until then, please contact us first.
