Tokri

Privacy Policy

Version 1 · in effect from 12 October 2026

Tokri is software for buying baskets of Solana tokens with your own wallet. This policy says what the Tokri service keeps about you, why, for how long, and how to delete it.

What we keep

  • Your wallet address.
  • The sign-in message you signed and its signature: the record of the terms you accepted.
  • The country and region your connection comes from, never your full IP address. Your full IP address may appear for a short time in our hosting provider's logs.
  • Your browser's user agent, with each acknowledgement you give.
  • Your answers to the tokenized-stocks acknowledgement, and your beta access.
  • The record of each buy and sale you send through Tokri: its swaps, their amounts and results.
  • Usage events and error reports, which may include your wallet address.

What we never collect

Your private keys or seed phrase: Tokri never sees them. Names, email addresses (unless you write to us), identity documents or contacts.

Why we keep it

  • To run the service: signing you in, quoting, sending the swaps you signed, and showing your positions and activity.
  • To stay within the law: regional limits, sanctions screening and record-keeping.
  • To find and fix problems, and to improve Tokri.

Who else handles it

Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Upstash (cache and rate limits), Helius (access to the Solana network), Jupiter (swaps and prices), PostHog (usage analytics), Sentry (error reports), CoinGecko (price history) and Range (wallet screening). They may handle data outside your country.

Transactions on Solana are public by design: anyone can see a wallet's transactions on the blockchain.

How long we keep it

  • Records of buys and sales: 5 years.
  • Usage analytics: 1 year.
  • Server logs: 30 days.
  • Everything else: until you delete it.

Deleting your data

In Settings , "Delete my data" removes your acknowledgements, your beta access and your session. It keeps the record of your buys and sales for 5 years, and a "U.S. person" answer as a compliance record. No one can delete a transaction from the blockchain.

Changes

Each version of this policy is numbered and dated. When a change matters, Tokri asks you to accept it when you next sign in.
