Tokri gives information and software only. Baskets are rules-based lists, not recommendations or personalised advice.

You hold your tokens

Tokri never holds your funds or keys. You approve every transaction in your own wallet, and transactions on Solana can't be reversed.

You can lose everything you put in

Crypto assets and tokenized stocks are volatile. Prices can go down as well as up, and memecoins can fall to near zero.

Tokenized stocks are not shares

They are issued by third parties: xStocks by Backed Assets (JE) Ltd, and Ondo Global Markets. They give no shareholder rights. There is no voting, and dividends are reinvested or handled by the issuer, net of withholding tax.

Redemption rights are against the issuer, need the issuer's own identity checks, and are not available through Tokri.

Issuer and custodian risk

If an issuer, custodian or bridge fails or acts (by pausing, freezing, transferring or burning tokens), you may lose access or value. Being able to move a token on-chain does not override its issuer's restrictions.

Tracking, market hours and pauses

A token's price can differ from the stock it tracks, especially while US markets are closed. Liquidity can be thin, and some trades may be blocked.

Around a dividend or split, a tokenized stock can't be bought or sold through Tokri for about half an hour, and an issuer can pause its token at any time.

Bridged and wrapped assets

Tokens such as ETH bridged by Wormhole, or cbBTC held in custody by Coinbase, carry the risks of their bridge or custodian.

Execution

A basket buy is several separate swaps. Some may fail while others go through. Prices can move between the quote you see and the moment the swaps land.

Fees

Tokri takes a 0.5% fee on each swap, shown before you confirm. Solana network fees apply, and new token accounts need a deposit you get back when the account is closed.

Restricted persons

Tokri isn't available in restricted regions. Tokenized stocks aren't available to U.S. persons or to residents of restricted countries. Don't use a VPN or anything else to get around these limits.

Third-party services

Swaps are powered by Jupiter, and prices come from third parties. Their terms apply, and Tokri doesn't control them.

Taxes

Taxes are your responsibility. For example, India charges 30% tax on gains plus 1% TDS, with no setting off of losses. Keep your own records; Activity lists every buy and sale you sent.
